AT WHAT HOURS IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
The day of your check-out: the rooms should be free by 10.00hrs in the morning.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO CONFERM MY RESEVATION?

- providing us with your credit card number and its validity (Visa- Mastercard).
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Cancellations for more than 2 rooms (group reservations): 30 to 16days before arrival, 30% of the total feel will have to be paid. 15 to 8 days before arrival, 50% payment of the total fee.7 days before arrival cancellation requires 80% payment of the total fee.
